Sandy, great book and one that is needed. I am glad you are writing and I love the new books about the snow angel.  We did so many weddings and receptions  together and there are many stories to share with others. I will pass this information on.

I loved working with you. I learned so much from you during the time we were at Capistrano's. Thank you.
You are a friend and coordinator. I will pass on the wedding guide to my brides.
I have been in New Orleans helping set-up a wedding department there, at the Embassy. I will be back in DFW soon. Let's do lunch.

A Snow Angel Story Book, little Beth and the Snow Angel

Posted: 03/04/2008

In the 1940's.. I found an angel in the New York snow while playing.    I saw something peeking through the snow at me. As I bent down to see,I uncovered something magical that made my eyes grow wide with surprise.

My red mittens dusted off the white snow from a gold angel.   I  hurried home to my mother.  I felt I had something very special indeed.

Mom reminded me the angels were keeping an eye on me, for her.   She took the angel pin I had found and told me she would put it away until I was old enough to take good care of it.  I was 42 when she gave it back to me...smile.   That was many years ago.

My mother passed away and  I found myself writing and thinking about snow angel memories.  If there is a reason to all things..perhaps this is why..
A Snow Angel Story Book, little Beth and the Snow Angel was born.
Thanks mom..Sandy Winnette
